Weekday fun

Happy Friday everyone!  We've had a snowy week up here (it's snowing right now as a matter of fact), and even though I love it because it means we get to go on a fun snowshoe adventure (it'll be on the blog, no worries), I have to admit I'm a little jealous of my Oregon friends who had 60 degree weather today.

On Monday morning we woke up to almost a foot of fresh - totally unexpected - snow.  On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we take Ripley to Andy's old junior high up the road from our house to play frisbee in the soccer field before and after work.  After work on Monday we enjoyed the new powder, which was up to Ripley's belly, and the extra daylight we've been getting.

Andy's old junior high has about a billion dollar view.  To the west you see the inlet and the "volcanoes" as my coworker calls them, and some great sunsets:

Ripley would rather we just keep throwing the frisbee and stop taking pictures.

We also took some good videos of Ripley being athletic.

Have a great weekend.  I hope our adventure pans out tomorrow - it's supposed to be sunny(ish)!
