After we got back from Homer, Andy had to work a couple of days, so we planned some activities around town. Ripley was still full of energy despite his injuries, so we headed up to Flattop to check out the view and do a little hike up around Blueberry Hill, which is the first part of the hike up the mountain.
Ripley led the way as usual, this time looking fancy.
It was windy, but the view was nice!
The flowers were also out in force. Different ones than last time! (I even captioned them all for you, mom)

Wild Geranium - my yard is also full of these |

He's a special kind of flower |
It never ceases to amaze me the kind of plants and flowers thrive up in the mountains. I also love that it's totally different from week to week.
After going up and around Blueberry Hill all Ripley wanted to do was get his t-shirt dirty.
I swear, I've been drowning in laundry since he got injured. I'm glad he doesn't wear clothes all the time.
Mom and dad survived the hike and got some great scenery out of it, too! The trip goes on...
